Umbrasaurs are massive reptiles native to the oceans of Dinoterra. They are the ocean's apex predators there.
Evolution[]
Umbrasaurs evolved from the marine crocodiles that lived abundantly during the Cretaceous period. In Dinoterra, the marine crocodiles have now for the most part out-competed the mosasaurs and the plesiosaurs, except for a few special cases.
Appearance[]
Umbrasaurs are very large, black and white. Blue has also been reported.
Diet[]
Umbrasaurs are the apex predators of Dinoterra's oceans, preying on virtually everything smaller than they are.
Behaviour[]
When the scent of blood comes into the waters, Umbrasaurs will often enter feeding frenzies, during which they will violently attack and kill anything that comes near them, including other Umbrasaurs.
