S.E.E.Ds (Surface Eradication Energized Devices) are large K-energized missiles. Auctor weapons, they are used to destroy entire planetary crusts. Less commonly, they are used as tactical bombs.
The SEEDs can completely destroy the part of the planets' crust within the blast radius, blocking out the sun with molten rock.
A cluster of ten ships can gather around a planet, depending on the size, and fire all SEEDs at once. This completely eradicate the planets crust. Naturally this means all life on the planet is destroyed, and sometimes single SEEDs can destroy a planet's enviroment, so a cluster is often not needed.
