Medura, being almost the same as a Kodai, are tree-like. However, instead of having big, splaying leaves, they have thin, conical ones. These are optimized towards deterring predators away, but this lack of photosynthesis has left them as almost extinct species in the wild. Most left are still in research facilities and protected areas. They have harder trunks, less allowing them to bend and snap far quicker than Kodai.
